The 1977 Topps Baseball Card Set consists of 660 cards the fifth consecutive year it was that size. Subsets include: League Leaders (cards #1-8), Record Breakers (231-234), 1976 League Championship Series (276-277), 1976 World Series (411-413), Turn Back the Clock (433-437), Rookie Prospects (472-479/487-494), and Big League Brothers (631-634). All-Stars, Team Cards, and set checklists are scattered throughout the set. The Seattle Mariners and Toronto Blue Jays made their debut in 1977, and both teams are represented in the set -- albeit heavily airbrushed.
Key Rookie Cards in the set are Andre Dawson, Mark "The Bird" Fidrych, Dennis Martinez and Dale Murphy.
